My name is Shamik Roy and I am here to fundraise for my aunt, Mrs. Jyoti Roy.
Mrs. Jyoti Roy is 50 years old and is residing in Karimganj, Assam. Mrs. Jyoti Roy has been diagnosed with Multiple myeloma. But she needs chemotherapy to fully recover. she is being treated at Apollo Cancer Hospital, Chennai. The treatment will cost around Rs.1,000,000.00.
My uncle runs a small art school to provide for his wife and their two children. Their daughter has passed college and their son has just passed class 12. They lack financial stability and already they have spent a 10 lakhs on my aunt’s treatment. They do not have enough money for further treatments and operations.
Every day, the children have to see their mother suffering. My uncle is unable to focus with worry about his wife who was the centre of their little household.
