WHO WE ARE

With the dream to serve and support the helpless grandparents, Vishal Goyal is running a shelter home named Krishnadham old-age home. Currently, we home 17 grandparents from 55-year old to 95-year old dealing with various health issues. We recently celebrated a Dadi’s 95th birthday in a way to bring her young days back. Unfortunately, 03 of our members are on absolute bed rest while 02 grandparents have steel plates in their legs to strengthen them.

I’m often completely broken in tears listening to their heart-wrenching stories and how they’re shouldering all the emotional & physical problems by themselves at such a critical age. We try our best to support them with utmost love & care as their grandchildren. The current home houses a television, small garden in the premises, and along with 24-hour pharmacy- everything an elderly would require. We bestow them rooms as per their requirements along with desired nutritious food and housekeeping services in home with oodles of love, so they don’t feel away from home.

REASON FOR FUNDRAISING

These helpless grandparents are in the extreme need for help from all of us. Unfortunately, we’re asked to vacate our present home by May 31, 2017. To relocate (rent for another home, meet the brokerage, one month advance deposit and moving all the belongings), we require the stated amount ON URGENT BASIS. With almost no savings from the regular donation as we have heavy expenses regarding groceries , vegetable , milk , electricity ,gas bill and other needs of the inmates of the house, we’re unable to bear the sudden relocation.

Your contribution will aid these homeless grandparents from not coming on streets helpless. Their own children have left them on God’s grace. Where will the 95-year old dadi go? How about those on bed rest forever? How about other abandoned grandparents? There is no one to look after them.

Let’s help them. Let’s be their support and make them feel that old age is not a crime. They’re not a burden. They’re precious. They deserve love and care.

Firslty, I would like to say lots of thanks and love to milaap organisation who helped us through various people who donated in our NGO so that we could give rent for a new bungalow , advance deposit , brokerage , shifting charges and other extra expenses.A lots of love and regards to all people who donated us and also shared my link in their group.We have settled well and also hoping that in future we could buy a big bungalow which will remain NGO's property so that we dont have to shift to another place and also we dont have to give rent also.
