Hola a todos,

My inspiration to travel to Colombia is to teach English to the kids. Language must never be a barrier for one's growth in one's life.

Avenues open up to a great extent when one knows new languages. I am extremely excited to go to Ibagué in Colombia to teach English to the kids. I want to be a part of their world and help them with in all the aspects of the language learning. As i already know a bit of Spanish, it would be easy for me to connect with them. Also, I would like to immerse myself completely into the Spanish culture by perfecting the language and living with the host family.

Well, people may name this as a volunteering or a social work but for me it is the ultimate joy of knowing that my effort has paid off when I have made an impact on someone's life even if it is in a very small way.

Things in it for me:
Travelling to Colombia, living with the locals and speaking their tongue. :) I want to perfect my Spanish, understand their culture, eat local food, learn some dance and in turn take a little piece of India to Colombia. So,
please help me in this travel by funding. It is for a good cause.
