A family that has been apart since March:
Farida has been married to Kaid Johar and they have two children- Mohammad and Alqmar. Kaid is currently unemployed and the family is struggling.

The children are 13 and 18 years old respectively. Mohammad goes to school, but unfortunately, 18 year old Alqmar cannot pursue his education further. How it started:

Farida started feeling weak around March 2017. The family took her to the doctor in Khargone. Doctors refused to treat her as they said the case was complicated. Farida was then admitted in a hospital in Vadodara and underwent a week long treatment of blood and platelets transfusion.week long treatment of blood and platelets transfusion.

Finally, with the support of their extended family, Farida's family took her to a haemetologist, at CHL Cancer Hospitals. Dr Vinay Bohara diagnosed her with leukemia. The treatment prescribed was 10 cycles of chemotherapy- and only one is done so far.

Fatema's family has exhausted all means of support. They have borrowed money from friends and relatives. Fatema cannot even stay at the hospital for her remaining sessions of chemotherapy as the day care session costs Rs 10,000 a day.
