Sub : Humble appeal for generous assistance in order to raise fund for medical treatment : LIVER TRANSLANT OF MY FATHER.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Adhira Keedayil  requesting generous assistance in order to raise fund for medical treatment  for my father Mr. Sudhakaran Keedayil (49)since he has been diagnosed with an advanced stage of Decompensate Chronic Liver disease . Doctor has suggested an immediate liver transplant which is very much required for his survival.

The estimated cost of his treatment is Rs. 40 lakhs (the expenses includes post-transplant treatment)

I myself is donating my liver to my beloved father.

My family is trying all possible ways to arrange the required money for the transplant but the huge amount required is way beyond our reach.

Hence I earnestly request to generously help us.  Your assistance will make huge difference in saving a life.

I have enclosed all medical reports and the estimated amount stated by the hospital with this letter.
