Markendey Rai is a 28 year old yoga and fitness coach and has helped many people and students achieve their fitness goals. On the 4th of July 2019, in a very unfortunate turn of events he suffered a severe brain stroke. He has had to undergo surgery and is in the ICU fighting for life. The stroke has left him paralyzed and he will have to undergo rigorous rehabilitation treatment once his condition is better. For Markandey it will be a long road to recovery.
