To build a Prototype of system to harness CLEAN energy from Ocean

For the past 40 years, I have been trying to mitigate emission of Green House Gases and also to empower women through use of Solar cookers, for they provide some extra time for women. My web site on the subject has become popular, but Solar cookers are yet to catch-up.  

In the meantime, production of Electric power is on the raise, so is burning of fossil fuels, resulting more and more pollution, causing a threat to very life on earth. This led me to search for sustainable alternative to generate power and to date I have evolved a system which is better than a Coal or Atom burning Power plant, as it can generate power on all 365 days at over 80% of installed capacity.
My system relies on time tested technologies like Hydraulic and Hydroelectric systems. I have designed a special Hydraulic pump which can imbibe power from Ocean wave and push water to reservoirs on top of small hillocks near the coast. From this reservoir water runs into Hydroelectric Generators to generate Grid interactive power.
In the video, whose link is mentioned below, I tested this specially designed Hydraulic pump, which could pump water to about 60 meters. I am now working on a new design which could pump water to over 200 meters.
For working on this system and to fabricate the pump shown in the video, I have spent more than Rs 15 Lakhs. Now I need about Rs 30 lakhs to fabricate a full prototype to generate 10 kW. I am sure this prototype will attract World wide attention, as this is the most sustainable, Eco-friendly system ever designed on the Planet to generate versatile Electric power.
