Why am I fundraising?

I am fundrasing for my elder brother (Mihir) who is just 23 years old and has gone into coma due to Cerebral Infarction (Blood clot in Brain which stops the flow of Oxygen). People from the above age group rarely suffer from this and hence he has been able to survive the stroke because of his young age.

Due to the continous nature of the treatment, our financial resources are exhausting and we are in need of Rs.6 Lacs at the moment to keep the current treatment up and running.

He is currently in a completley paralyzed state with a diagnosis of Posterior Circulation Brainstem Stroke and Locked In syndrome. I strongly urge you to help him in his fight so that he can recover soon and lead a normal life again.  This happened just after a few days of cracking the exam for IIT Bombay for his Post-Graduation, sadly.

Rs.25 Lacs have already been spent in the last three months on medical treatment, we are in need of Rs.6 Lacs to keep the current treatment going on.

He is currently admitted in Christian Medical College, Vellore. All the money received will go to the same.

Description: Mihir is a 23 year old  passionate Auto-mobile Designer who is crazy about cars and bikes.  He is a brilliant cook and loves to play football (Real Madrid being his favourite team).  He is currently in his last year of college and plans a bike trip to Ladhak after he graduates.
