My name is Melwyn Crasto. I am 51 years old, a widower and I am jobless. Currently residing alone in a rental house in Nallasopara.

On 10th Dec'19, I had a heart attack. I was admitted to Holy Spirit Hospital on the next day when the doctor told me I had a heart attack. On doing angiography, he found 3 blockages in my arterial veins out of which one was fully blocked and the other 2 were 90% blocks. Initially, he told me to undergo bypass surgery to clear all the blockages and cost will be less, however, my blood pressure was very low and was not coming to normalcy. So to avoid any further risk he advised for CAG on the right arterial vein which was fully blocked. Therefore one angioplasty is done and a stent inserted, which costed total Rs.3,30,000/- including CCU bed, surgery, medicines, etc.

I do not have medical insurance. The doctor said that the next angioplasty on the other 2 arterial veins will be more costlier but will be decided 3 months later after going through some check-ups.

I am jobless and will not be able to work for the next few months until I am cured, and I have to repay the amount borrowed by brother for my treatment, I request for financial help.
