Lets start with who we are
We are 832 candidates recommended by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) for the post of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector. We are part of youth which is inspired to be in public service. But, after proving ourselves through tough preliminary examination (Date. 30 April 2017) and mains examination (Date. 6 August 2017) conducted by MPSC got recommendation letter (Date. 3 April 2018).

Lets understand why we are here
But, Rajesh Phate ( who didn't even appeared for examination) challenged the rules which were the basis for conduction of examination (RR 2016 dated.23/12/2016) in Nagpur Bench of high court (Writ. Petition 1270/2018 Filing date- 27/2/2018). Unfortunately, Maharashtra Government failed to defend their own RR 2016 due to delay and negligence. On 28/9/2018, High court given judgment which almost threw all of us out of recruitment process. We were at the verge of loosing our earned job.

Then we all got united. Protested against government regionally as well as centrally at Azaad Maidan (Date. 29 oct 2018) and demanded justice for 832 recommended candidates.

This time we took precaution & learnt from previous experience. So, instead of depending and waiting for government, within two months after result of HC, we filed our first SLP (Special Leave Petition) in Supreme Court of India. Permission to file SLP was granted Supreme court on 26 Nov. 2018 with directions to maintain status quo. Honorable judges also find merit in our case so, they granted permission to file SLP(C) No. 031957/ 2018. (VISHAL ASHOK THORAT vs. RAJESH SHRIRAMBAPU FATE Diary No.- 41887 - 2018). 41887_2018_Order_26-Nov-2018.
We filed one more SLP (ABHIJIT APPASAHEB VASAGADE vs.
RAJESH SHRIRAMBABU FATE Diary No.-41905/2018), which was tagged our previous filed SLP with maintaining status quo on 10 dec. 2018. 41905_2018_Order_10-Dec-2018
Mean while, we started to build pressure on government to file SLP through various Social Media Campaigns. We also took help of regional political leaders to make government file SLP which was important link in this case.

All our efforts and firm support of Divakar Raote  resulted in SLP from Maharashtra Government (THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA  Vs RAJESH SHRIRAMBAPU FATE & ORS. Diary No.- 296- 2019 ), which was tagged to our previous filed SLP with maintaining status quo on 15 Feb. 2019. 296_2019_Order_15-Feb-2019.
Even, Central government amended section 213 of Motor vehicle act 1989 through notification published on 8 March 2019. (In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section 4 of section 213 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1989) This is biggest change taken place in 30 years  which is totally in sync with rules set by state government for our recruitment as AMVI.

Why we need support in form of crowdfunding
During this struggle as a young, well educated, qualified youth of india, everyone of us went through financial crisis from start. This is because of time consuming examination conduction & joining process. Legal difficulties stretched us financially as well as mentally to our braking point. Still, we have a faith in India's judiciary system. One thought keeps us motivating all the time that " we have earned the post. We will fight for our right till the end. we want justice".
We all unitedly raised money for our fight in supreme court. We had best senior councils to plead from our side such as Kapil Sibbal, Mukul Rohatgi, Paramjet singh Patwalia, neeraj kishan kaul etc. But as number of hearing are increasing, we are running out of money. Now, we are in stage of final hearing and need money to appoint best senior councils to impact fully represent our side.
So, your help will be turning point for us in this fight for our right. So, please donate for young, well educated, qualified officers to get their right.
