Hello Everyone,
My name is Rachita Mathur, I am a law student and currently working as an intern at Hamari Pahchan Ngo. I am working on a project covid relief program and free vaccination aid. The aim of this project is to provide free vaccination aid, organize some covid relief program and how to make resources available to people after pandemic? Our Ngo helped people a lot by donating mask, sanitizer, food and medical help etc. But as we can see the situation is much worse than earlier due to covid second wave. Here the main problem is how to make oxygen cylinders, ICUs, ventilators and doctors available. How to make medication available to people at right time? For that first of all we should remove some myths and rumours around us secondly timely updation of resources and things around us so that anyone can get them if needed. Our Ngo is organizing a camp known as OC (oxygen center). Our main mission is to support covid patients till the time they manage to get medical help. Government has also pass a scheme of PM cares fund raiser to help people in difficult times. While looking at some statics data we can say that according to WHO the Delta variant is a variant of concern around the world. As we know it has increased transmissibility. This has been demonstrated by several countries. It really rapidly takes off and spreads between people more efficiently than even the Alpha variant that was first detected around December, January 2021. As of today, the Delta variant has been reported in 96 countries and we expect that the Delta variant will continue to spread. There are a number of factors that are contributing to increased transmission around the world. The first are these variants of concern, including the Delta variant. The second factor is that we have increased social mixing and increased social mobility, which increases the number of contacts that individuals have. The third factor is the relaxation or the inappropriate use of public health and social measures. Proven public health and social measures that we know prevent infections reduce the spread of somebody who is infected with the virus to others and save lives. And the fourth factor is the uneven and inequitable distribution of vaccines. The world remains largely susceptible to infection, including any variants of concern, including the Delta variant. To check the availability of Covid-19 beds, Remdesivir injections and where to get plasma for coronavirus positive patients. We can make availability of beds and oxygen cylinder by going to official website of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Cipla etc, through which we can extract information. Futher social media plays a vital role as here we can put story and post which saves time and we can get information as soon as possible through verified sources. We can also contact nearest hospitals for the same. Also, by keeping some beds and cylinders with us for emergency. Anybody who voluntarily wants to donate any amount or if you feel like helping others then you are welcome. Your one move can really make one big change in the life of underprivileged people.
