The year '2019' is going to be very special for all of us, as it will be the '25th year of Mahashivratri celebrations at Isha.' 💫As an expression of gratitude, volunteers from Raipur are all working together towards Annadanam contribution for the upcoming Mahashivratri at Isha Yoga Center.

The Sanskrit word "Annadanam" means the offering or sharing (Danam)of food (Annam). In Indian culture, the sharing of food has always been considered a sacred duty. Many volunteers from all over the country & overseas will be reaching the ashram by the beginning of February 2019.

Maha Annadanam is offered during the night-long celebration of Mahashivratri to lakhs of devotees who attend the festival at the Isha Yoga Center. This is not just an offering of physical nourishment; it is a distribution of prasadam by the willing hands of volunteers.

Reaching Lakhs of PeopleLakhs people attend the Mahashivratri celebrations at Isha Yoga Center each year. Before the event, a tremendous effort is also made to reach out to people and invite them through print and social media to experience this night of immense possibilities. The live telecast of Mahashivratri at Isha Yoga Center is available on many popular television stations and on the web.
 
Arrangements are made to ensure that devotees experience this night of immense possibilities by providing facilities, convenience and other amenities.

Thenkailaya Bhakthi Peravai is a religious trust that aims to make the experience of the magnificent mountains of Velliangiri available to spiritual seekers. It offers its services to millions of spiritual seekers who come to the Isha Yoga Center to celebrate this night in the presence of Sadhguru.
