I always wonder if we the people would ever turn to be we the HUMAN.. This is a question which always hit my mind whenever I come across such cases like Rabina.
Rabina is a 3 month old indie girl who used to stay along with her sibling on One of the busy roads of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. And one weird day, unfortunately a car hit her and crushed her both hind legs which caused a big loss to her... Poor kid didn't even know her fault being crushed as she was sleeping peacefully and all of a sudden a car just came and hit her for no reason.. The information was shared around and an animal lover staying nearby 'Gunjan Uppal' rescued her and rushed to vet immediately. Emergency X Ray was done which had diagnosed multiple fractures in her hind legs and vet suggested surgery either for amputation or put rods in both legs for her to stand but both treatments suggested by vet was too painful for a 03 month old kid and then vet suggested to go for plasters for few months and see if it helps. Since then Rabina is with us in a medical boarding and getting her plasters every week. Improvement is there, Rabina is recovering and we all are hoping to see her walking on her legs soon but the treatment is costing us a lot and till now we took care but now it is getting difficult for all of us. Even a small penny would help in this case.
Her treatment break up is as follows:
Medical boarding- 7500/- per month
She still needs to be in medical boarding for next two months
Vet fees plus medication- 3645/- weekly
Which is 3645*8- 29160
We are contributing towards boarding but would request you all to help us in vet and her medication charges.
