It is not unknown for a stray dog going through a miserable motherhood.Life on a street is worse and even worser when you have a litter with no food to sustain you and no shelter above. And what's the fate of these babies even after that? They are simply being run over by cars.At times the babies are taken away from their mothers and left off at some distant place to die.

 

We are three girls from Kolkata. We have had adopted street animals since a long time but never thought we could try and change the fate of all the stray dogs around us. The love for stray animals got us together and we've been trying our every bit to give a better life to them.
After that everywhere we went we could find more dogs in distress and in dire need of help.There are 50+ dogs in our neighborhood.We feed and take care of their medical treatments.
 

  

The female dogs have seen the worst in their motherhood.
