My brother and I started Tandav when we understood Dance is still a taboo in various communities. All what we had was support from people and we did India's first community driven dance festival Tandav in 2014. Tandav is the only dance festival in India where people who cannot see, hear or speak learn and perform various dance forms.

This festival focus on creating an inclusive atmosphere for persons with different disabilities (Deaf, Visually Impaired and Physically Disabled, Cerebral Palsy ) and persons without disability from different walks of life.Dance becomes and important tool in our festival for people to experience the joy of inclusion, dance helps persons with disability to gain more confidence on mobility. In last 3 years we are witnessed lot of friend circle getting created at the end of our festivals. and every friend circle had persons with disability and learned inclusion,
2017 we wish to create numerous inclusive friend circle in Delhi through Dilli Tandav which in turn contribute back to the culture of the city.

Note -  As our central and state government are accelerating their work towards inclusion , employment and economic independence of persons with disability , its very important for us, people of India, to learn, to include diverse people in the right way, Tandav will help to do that in the most casual way.
