Bharat Calling is started with the vision of - Everyone in society makes informed career choices. With our intervention since 2009 we were able to link 340 students to top notch colleges, which also includes many unconventional fields like Forestry, Physical educaiton, Sculptor and Fine Arts etc. We have also increased our domain and now have started supporting entrepreneurship as a career field.
While our survey shows- 79% of the targeted students have never thought of their career deeply, but we have a different story to tell with inspiring 340 role models. There are 14 ventures in process with entrepreneurship program."Gayatri raised by single mother, secured 92% and could not clear Engineering entrance and was unsure of what to do ahead? We are here to seek support to nurture 70 scholars, from hoshangabad district of M.P.
1. Career support and goal setting workshop with strong follow up, which results in admission of underprivilized students to top most colleges of India. This program has resulted in 340 scholars since 2010 from interior part of India.
2. Entrepreneurship development program, its recent two batches has trained 32 entrepreneurs and 13 of them have started their enterprise.
We are aiming at raising 500000 to be able to reach out to 10 schools and 40 entrepreneurs and support them with resources, mentoring and guidance to venture successfully in their career.
