We, Javvadi Srinivasa Rao & Javvadi Sudha Rani resident of Cement Nagar- Panyam in Andhra Pradesh State are requesting your good selves to save our child.
Our girl child (Master Nagaspurthi Pranavi) 9 years old is suffering with DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY WITH SEVERE LV DYSFUNCTION disease which was identified on 12th January 2017. For preliminary medication and for making her alive till date we had spent all my earnings and assets which cost around 9 lakhs.
Now, our doctor Mr. Alla Gopala Krishna Gokhale (Senior Consultant Cardiothoracic, Transplant & Minimal Access Surgeon) Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad had informed, the case is severe and suggested to transplant the heart immediately and it costs around INR 39Lakhs, which we cannot afford at this stage. Kindly help us to the extent possible and help our child to live and cherish our family.
We managed around INR 15Lakhs from friends and family. Have a deficit of 24 Lakhs.Enclosing the reports and letter given by our doctor for your kind considerations.
