August is a 6 month old Desi, female puppy who was rescued by Paws for a Cause in August 2018 after she had been in multiple road accidents .

For 5 months, the team has struggled to find her a home but due to breed and sex biases, we have been unsuccessful. August has presented herself at multiple adoption drives but the interest in adopting her has been minimal to none.


August is a beautiful baby who deserves to be home and loved. Her boarding expenses are getting unmanageable for our team, as we're not a funded organisation. Thankfully, our partner organisation Loved at Last Dog Rescue in Vancouver, CA has found August a lovely home in Canada. Now, all we need is your help in getting her there.

The expenses to send August would be the following:

Micro chipping: Rs. 2,500/-
Ticket (for human volunteer, split into the number of dogs travelling with them): Rs. 35,000/-
Paperwork (export permit and health certificate): Rs. 3,000/-
Excess baggage charge: Rs. 33,000/-
Crate: Rs. 6500/-
Crate training and boarding: Rs. 10,000/-
