Hello,My name is Arif Iqbal and I am here for Abid Ansari. Abid has been my student a couple of years back. Abid is 18 yr old and studying diploma engineering at Government Polytechnic, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand in Computer Science and Engineering.
Abid is suffering from Pancytopenia and is undergoing treatment at RIMS, Ranchi. Doctor have not found the reason for his condition and have referred him to CMC, Vellore. Doctors say that he may require Bone Marrow Transplant. They also say that the expected cost of his treatment may be around Rs20Lakhs.
Abid is from a humble background. His father is a shopkeeper and his mother is a household maid. Somehow his parents had collected Rs1Lakh for his treatment. Now in this Pandemic and hence lockdown has dwindled his household condition. They do not have more money to spend on his treatment.
Further in this lockdown period,there are no trains available from Jharkhand to Vellore so as abid and his parents can go for his treatment. Every 15-20 days Abid has to visit RIMS, Ranchi to get blood transfusion so as to keep his condition normal.
I request everyone to help Abid recover from his illness and support him in his on going treatment.
