Akshaya Sree is a 3 year old girl with a severe cardiac problem.

At the age of 4 months, a stunt was fixed in her heart by Care Hospital Doctors at Hyderabad. She is still suffering with severe heart problem and Doctors have advised that the baby needs an open heart (BT Shunt) surgery at Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore as the case is very critical.
