I made her open a zero balance [jan dhan] bank account with her aadhar so i can start depositing her wages for the last few months to help her build an income history but most banks require at least an year of deposits. She chose NKGSB Cooperative Bank at the chembur branch.
She has never asked for a raise so we increase it annually on our own. One year we forgot to raise it for a few months and she never said anything until we remembered.

Why am I fundraising?

What do I plan to do with the funds?
All the money raised will be given to kanchan so she does not have to approach extrotionist moneylenders and get financial security for her family.Since the chawl seller is refusing to take cheque payment, we will have to collect the money and give her cash.
