Why am I fundraising?

.I HV a request to every one I m not well. My both the kidney's are failed n I m on dialysis. Soon my operation has to be done and my all the savings are gone in my previous treatment .I need financial help ...plz help me if any one can. 

What do I plan to do with the funds?
