Anand is an eight year old child with Autism and Cerebral Palsy. He was unable to stand or walk before he first went to V-Excel. Now he has started walking on his own after 6 months of regular training. His parents are overjoyed! Anand has also started clapping his hands, playing with toys and mingling with other children, something that every child deserves to do. But before V-Excel's satellite centre started, this wasn't the case. Anand's mother had to travel all the way to Mumbai for therapy. 

Special children from large cities have access to advanced facilities and education. But in small towns and villages, low income, superstitions and myths, and lack of awareness are only some of the many hurdles that special children and their families face. Satellite centres of V-Excel reach out to children with Autism, Mental Retardation, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia and other disabilities in these areas to provide them education and therapies for giving them a dignified life.
