I am  Mohamed Azil, my elder brother Mohammed Nazil (29 year old) is suffering from both kidney failures. As per Doctor Consultation he is undergoing dialysis on regular intervals but Doctor has suggested to us for kidney transplant as soon as possible. Since we can’t bear cost of dialysis, which is around Rs 900 to Rs 2000 in Karnataka, India.

Now we have arranged kidney donor from our family and cost of kidney transplantation is approximately in Rs 10 lakhs or above and this is a huge amount for our family. Hence I am requesting you to kindly help me in this regard to save my brother. May God bless for the help.
