DOCTOR Advise a Haploidentical Transplant/BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT
Hence in July 2016, Dr Vijay Ramanan has advised a Haploidentical Transplant ( Bone Marrow Transplant in common terms). It is advised to do the operation at the earliest.
The father Mr HemantKumar will be the donor for the child. Mr Hemantkumar is a driver by profession and mother is a housewife. Doctor has advised them to get the surgery done at the earliest as the condition can become inoperable if delayed. The life of a THALASSEMIA patient is only 15 years if given only blood transfusion .A BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT will ensure this little boy sees a life ahead of that.
