My brother's name is Divyanshu Malik. He is 21 years old (b.com pass second year student from sol) suffering from kidney faliure. At the age of 10 he got diagnosed with urine reflux(i.e back flow of urine) in which his urinary bladder got enlarged resulting in complete damage to his right kidney and left kidney got infected(70% workable). So he underwent two major surgeries wherein doctors shaved out his bladder to normal size and removed right kidney.

Surgeries were performed in Batra Hospital by senior surgeon Dr.P.P Singh. The whole process cost us Rs 225,000/- (two lakhs twenty five thousand).

To bear the whole expenditure my father borrowed money from his friends and relatives because of unsound financial condition and that very debt is still unpaid and burdensome. 

 

Presently,

His remaining left kidney is 20-25% workable due to which he has to undergo dialysis twice a week resulting in weight loss( present weight-30kg). Doctor have asked my parents to go for kidney transplant on urgent basis.

With god's grace my mother is eligible and willing to donate him her kidney. As per Batra Hospital the whole kidney transplantation process would cost us around Rs.700,000/- (seven lakh) the maximum cost.

Financially,

My father is the only bread earner in my family (commision agent) with monthly income of around Rs 15000 that could hardly bear our household expenses and medicines.

Also as previous debt is still unpaid, he is not in a position to borrow further money from our relatives or friends.
