Dear Supporters,
Thank you again for your timely contributions because of which we could arrange the first cycle of Blincyto medicine today. From Monday onwards, Misti will be under the medication for a month under strict vigilance. In case the first cycle succeeds, doctors will immediately perform Bone marrow transplant. And if it doesn't not, then the second cycle of medicine would be required which would cost another 17.85 lacs.
Because of your generous contributions and one of my friend's kindness to give me some credit, we could manage the first cycle of medicine, however, managing funds for the second cycle and/or bone marrow transplant would not be easy, but I am hopeful that by your kind help, we would be able to do so.
Though all of us are praying that Misti gets positive results within the first cycle of medication, nothing can be said firmly. God willing, if it works Misti needs to undergo bone marrow transplant which would cost around 15 lacs. Therefore, I appeal to all of you to kindly share this campaign amongst your circles and cascade this campaign to as many people you know. Your timely contributions and sharing of this campaign would save my niece's life.

Regarding Misti's treatment, I have ordered the Blincyto medicine after paying 12.49 lacs with the help of your timely contributions, some credit from my friends and my own savings. The medicine is arriving on Wednesday..when I need to pay 5.36 lacs more which will complete the first cycle. Doctor will start the course immediately and after 28 days it is expected that Misti's blast percent should reduce. Once the MRD level comes to -ve, doctors will immediately do the bone marrow transplant.
They will go for 2nd cycle of medication if the 1st cycle does not work, however, doctors are hopeful that first cycle itself should be sufficient.
As you know it's a huge amount of money, I would request you to kindly share the Milaap campaign link with your friends and request them to help so that my niece's life could be saved.
