Baby DONGA Venkata Tejal Sri Gautam 4years, case of progressive familial intra hepatic cholestasis (FPIC ) type III, post orthotopic liver transplant (Aug - 2019). On regular follow up child had deranged LFT (increased GGT level) hence admitted for liver biopsy and MRCP. Above mentioned procedures being uneventful. Child being stable hence discharged and asked review with reports.

Dear Supporters,
Gautam under went CT brain which was normal with no active intracranial bleeding. Child was treated conservatively. Neurosurgery opinion was taken who advised no surgical intervention. He improved symptomatically. He was active at the time of discharge.
