Dear Supporters,

Thanks a lot for your prayers and support. It means so much to us right now. Here is a quick update for you.

Supriya has completed the second round of chemotherapy and has been discharged from hospital on 15th February 2019. I have attached the discharge summary. She is recovering from chemo well.

Her brother and sister have given their blood sample for HLA test for BMT. It would take 2 weeks for the report to come out as we our keep our fingers crossed.

We have still not finalised the hospital to carry out BMT. We will decide in due course.

Please keep sharing this campaign. Thanks again.

Dear Supporters,

At the outset, thanks a lot for your prayers and support. Here is a quick update for you.

Supriya has completed first round of chemotherapy at Fortis and has been discharged on 5th February 2019. I have attached the discharge summary. She is recovering from chemo well.

Keeping in view various lab tests , doctors have considered Supriya’s AML risk profile as “intermediate”. This means she will have to undergo bone marrow transplant (BMT).

Currently we are doing a survey. We were given to understand that Kidwai Cancer Institute which is a government run hospital in Bangalore does not carry out BMT. That means we have to go to private hospitals such as Fortis, Manipal, Kiran Majumdar Cancer Hospital, etc, only. BMT is an expensive proposition in any private hospitals and so we are left with no other option but to increase this campaign.

Here is the blog I have created for her: https://getwellsupriya.blogspot.com. I will keep updating this blog and also keep you posted on milaap as frequently as I can.

Please keep sharing this campaign. Thanks again.
