Dear Supporters and Team Milaap,

           We, the family members of Siri would like to Thank you all for supporting and blessing our girl throughout the process. In light of Siri’s reports, the Surgeon advised getting her operated by the end of this month. Owing to Milaap, we have been able to raise around INR 6,82,082 thus far and have paid an advance amount of INR 1 lakh out of those. We are also planning to apply for CM Relief Fund. Hopefully, that should help us gather around INR 3-4 lakhs. There is still a dearth of INR 10 lakhs.

            Please, please take your phones out, share this campaign on WhatsApp, post on Facebook, tweet on Twitter, and spread the word to your near and dear ones. Every penny, every post will help fulfill our wish to see Siri gaining her hearing power. We have delayed it for too long now and we cannot afford to see Siri leading the rest of her life impaired.

Hello Supporters,

Because we have not been able to reach our target goal of 25 Lakhs, we requested the doctors at Madras ENT Institute to reschedule the surgery to a later date at the end of this month. We will keep you posted about the progress. Please help us in reaching our target. Thank you!

Thank you SO much for supporting Siri through this campaign. Here is an update on Siri's treatment procedures.

After having spoken to the hospital, we have been able to get an appointment with the Consultant-Surgeon, Dr. Mohan Kameswaran Sir for August 8th. This is for Siri's pre-operative check-up. That is also when the initial amount for the surgery has to be paid in advance.

We hope that we are able to raise the remaining amount through Milaap by then so that all the surgical procedures take place smoothly.

Herein, we are enclosing a new cost estimate for Siri's surgery (Auditory Brain Stem Implantation).
