Here's a quick update:

Sayali is recovering quickly. Doctors said they put her to general ward after 2 to 3 days .Everything is normal. She can see, hear clearly and 
she will be fine very soon

Sayali is now out of danger but still in under observation in ICU. She is recovering fastly. After 2 or 3 days doctors shift her to general ward.

According to the doctor, she is still unconscious. She hasn't come out of danger completely. But when the doctors calls her, she is opening her eyes. The doctors are trying to make her sit in the chair with the help of others. Here is a picture of the process:
