I have severe abdominal and back pain all the time and taking regular medicines for pancreas issue.

Before taking EUS-FINA Scan , doctor advised to control sugar values. I am taking 3 times per day one sugar injection and in night one more injection to control blood sugar values but still blood sugar values will not be normal.



I have attached the blood sugar values taken recently.

Once Sugar Value will be normal then I able to take EUS-FINA Scan. For Regular medicines and sugar compliant itself making more cost.

29-Jan-2019 went to Global Hospital and consulted the below doctors

1.For sugar - Internal Medicines Specialist
2.For Diet - diet Consultant
3.For Pancreas surgery opinion - Senior  Surgery Consultant
4. For Pancreas - Medical Gastro Specialist.

Sugar Compliant is the major issues now and needs to continue 2 types of injection Novorapid and Lantus daily 3 times per day and he ask to come for review after  10 days.

For Sugar, Diet consultant advised food structure to follow daily to control sugar values.

CA19-9 Value is too high around 6500 instead of normal below 35 levels. It's test to preliminary identification of pancreatic cancer . Through CT Scan they identified lots of stones around pancreas. But Cancer Tumor not able to identify through CT Scan.

 To identify cancer tumor ,doctor advised to take EUS and FINA Scan . Through that then can able to identify cancer tumor if anything find and then they will take that tumor and sent it to biopsy report . After that only we able to decide surgery .
