Just an update: The doctors discovered that Mom has some heart condition which is why she has been marked at High Risk.
Post a successful surgery they are going to put her on ventilator and observation.
I will be able to post next update in approx 3 more hours. Until then, please keep her in your prayers.

Surgery successful. She has been moved to NICU at the moment. Docs said they will be talking to the anesthesiologist and then prescribing meds for her recovery. The documentation is still awaited. Once I receive it, I shall post it here for all

Dear all,
Let me just say you are family to me!

I have a wonderful update. My Mom is well on her path of recovery. Today she became conscious, opened her eyes and movement of limbs was visible. She is still quite disoriented from the aftereffects of the long procedure. Her Blood Pressure is slightly on higher side, which Docs have observed and will be taking care of it. Very strict visiting hours at the NICU Recovery Ward, but we would be posting some great pics today.
My younger brother has been by her side all night and he will be back soon with updates and the pics for me to upload. He needs to wait for the morning rounds by the doctors.

I thank each one of you for your support, kindness and love. Your prayers and wishes are keeping us strong. I stay humbled and in gratitude to the endless love you all have showered during our tryst with fate.
