On routine workup on transplantation , he was found to have donor specific antibody as well as single antigen test came positive. Hence, he requires special dialysis in the form of plasmapheresis and requiring Rituximab. These procedures will cost about Rs. 3 to 5 Lakhs apart from renal transplantation and other medications.
