Here's an update on Anjali. The doctors decide to conduct the liver transplant surgery last night and not delay it further.

The surgery lasted for more than 10 hours and went well. The liver donor - Anjali's mother is doing well and is in ICU for observation. Anjali's new liver appears to be working but we'll get a clearer picture in the next few days.

Thank you for the support. Anjali's father is grateful to all the donors that we've been able to mobilize over Rs 5 Lakhs in such a short span of time.
