As mentioned in our previous update, the patient was bought to Delhi and we consulted Senior Cardiologists in Govind Ballab Pant Institute where the poor and needy are treated at low cost. Since we couldn't manage to collect the required funds in the desired timeline we took her to Delhi instead of getting her treated in Varanasi as Shubham hospital in Varanasi have asked us to deposit 1,90,000/- at the time of admission and we lack these funds.
After a week the doctors in Delhi have finally stated that surgery can take place only after 2 months as already patients are in queue for treatment at low cost. But our patient's health is getting worse day by day, so the patient is taken back to Mirzapur today and now the only option left is getting the surgery done asap in Shubham hospital in Banaras where they will charge around 2.5 lakh only for surgery. They have already given the estimation which is mentioned in the campaign page.
We have managed to raise around 78k and to get the surgery done and for the post surgery expenses we would need approx 2.3 lakhs. We request you to kindly spread the word among your friends and relatives and let's try to save a life.
