Dear Supporter,

Chandra Prakash's transplant was over 2 days ago. He is recovering well. He should be under observation for over a month. His blood counts have not stabled yet as it is increasing on one day and dropping on the other day. It will take over 10 days for doctors to understand if the donor cells have been adjusted to his body.  

They couldn't find an unrelated donor . So his mother was tested to be the donor. Fortunately, she was a good match and donated the stem cells for the transplant.
