Dear Supporters,

The family is eternally grateful and thankful to the response so far. Words cannot convey how thankful they are to each one of you. Without your support, the family was staring down the barrel and each one of you has given them hope that humanity is still alive and kicking.

Update on Krishna is that he is thankfully recovering and healing all his burn wounds. The only cause for concern is his left leg where another reconstructive plastic surgery is expected in the near future. I will keep you posted on his progress. He continues to be in isolation for his own good and is still expected to be hospitalised for many more weeks. He also continues to be on antibiotics that are helping with the healing process.

Dear Supporters,

The family is overwhelmed at the support they have received so far and grateful to everyone who has contributed. They would like to convey their heartfelt gratitude for everyone who has donated and shared the message.

Krishna has undergone another reconstructive surgical procedure today on his left leg, his back and the back of his head. These surgical procedures aim to replace the skin he has lost (in some places it is bone deep). His progress otherwise has been encouraging and most of the wounds seem to show they are on the path to healing. It will however be a long journey towards full recovery as the doctors told us that the electrical burn wounds heal very slowly, which is why he needs to stay in the hospital for 6-8 more weeks.
