Dear Supporters,

We are disbursing INR 9,000 to the camp's beneficiaries account for purchase of Tarpaulin sheets for 3 hutments and for payment of salary of 3000 to one teacher.

We will upload the bills for the tarpaulin purchases once received. Cash payment for teacher's salary will be supported by a cash payment memo.

Dear Supporters,
We are disbursing approximately INR 30,000 to the Adarsh Nagar camp's volunteers towards medicines and hospital expenses as the camp residents face many health issues during monsoon.

Insect bites, rodents and even snakes creep into the hutments during the monsoon. On 10th August 2019, a young boy named Gyan died after a sudden bout of severe stomach ache despite medical care being provided.

A portion of the money will also be used to pay salary to the camp's full time volunteers.

Dear Supporters,
Monsoon brings relief from the searing Delhi heat and is welcome but to the Adarsh Nagar colony, it brings in its own set of problems.
We are disbursing INR 25,000 to the camp for repair of old tarpaulin for the roofs of the hutments. The old tarpaulins are damaged resulting in leakage of rain water into the hutments. Please see the attached photos and video.
