His hernia is under control and is not affecting his digestion and excretion, so surgery may not be required!
His reflexes in the hind legs are getting better, and he is standing more often.

We have not yet met the goal, but we're almost there! He will also be getting adopted forever, in August! I will not be fostering him thereafter.
