Shibu had visited CMC Vellore in March and consulted Dr Inian there. The doctor confirmed it is a complicated state and a surgery is the only option. The surgery is also a critical one estimated at a minimum of 2.5 lakhs. The surgery date had been given as 10th May. Shibu and his family are travelling to Vellore today, 1st May, for further tests, consultation and the subsequent surgery.
