Dear Supporters,

Hope you are all doing well and praying for Mangilal.

The initial two cycles of chemotherapy went well. But the result of Bone marrow test taken after those two cycles showed 10 to 20% of cancer cells in his blood. The requirement for the Bone marrow transplantation is that it should be less than 5% of cancer cells.

Thus the doctors decided to administer him a single intensive chemotherapy, replacing the preplanned two cycles of chemotherapy to be followed. The intensive chemotherapy, the final cycle of chemotherapy, was finished yesterday.

It takes about a month time to recover to his normal stage (it takes a week for recovery from Normal chemotherapy).

At present, he is kept under observation and he will be tested for bone marrow again. If the result shows less than 5% of cancer cells, the doctors will proceed him to Bone marrow transplantation after his recovery. In case if it is not, the doctors will be deciding about further procedure.

Would request you to pray for him, Hope for the best. We will be updating you regularly. Thank you for all the support.

Dear Supporters,

Here is an update on Mangilal.
Mangilal has completed two chemotherapy sessions. He is in the hospital under observation. He is still facing certain side effects like ulcer and rashes.
His sister will donate her bone marrow for the bone marrow transplantation. The doctors will conduct the bone marrow test after second or fourth chemotherapy cycle.
He is responding well to the treatment and is able to talk and walk now.
The remaining chemotherapy sessions will be completed in next one month.

We have received sufficient funds from Milaap and other sources, hence stopping the campaign.

Thank you for all your support and love for Mangilal and his family. Please keep him in your prayers.

Regards,
Sujeeth
