Dear friends,

Gautam's family has been approached by an NGO in New Delhi and they have agreed to bear the expenses relating to purchase of medicines. So, I am stopping the current campaign and will be providing the collected amount to Gautam's family for the medical expenses so far & for their other expenses relating to Gautam's treatment in future. Our continued wishes & prayers are needed in abundance for the kid to recover from this disease.

Thanks to you all for supporting me and Gautam in this cause! Please do pray for his health.

Thanks to each & everyone for your generous contributions & sincere prayers. I earnestly hope this helps Gautam in his fight towards cancer.

Gautam's Pediatric oncologist - Dr. Sameer Bakshi spoke to me today. He mentioned Gautam has been given all the required medication for the treatment. He also mentioned the disease is widespread in his body and he continues to be in critical condition.

Gautam's blood report for last week has come out with some bad news. Doctor has advised a new medication through injection twice a day for the next 10 days.  Post this, Doctor would re-asses the condition.

I also wanted to keep you posted that, I will be transferring Rs. 50,000 from the collected fund to Gautam's family for meeting their daily expenses, as per the advice from the Doctor today.
