Here is an update on Shreya.

It has been two weeks that her hemoglobin has fallen to 7.1

For that 200ml blood transfusion was done to bring it back to normal.

At present, her hemoglobin is 8.8 and platelets have fallen to 91000, as per the Doctor it is due to the effect of present chemotherapy Cytosar which is going on for past one month.

Dear Supporters,

Thank you so much for the support you have shown my Daughter. She is undergoing the chemotherapy and is done with the first phase, which is induction. She has mild side effects like fever, nausea, etc. The second phase of chemotherapy has started and will go on for about a month.

The doctors suggest that her response to the treatment has been good so far. They had initially prescribed a treatment course for six months approximately out of which close to one and half months of the treatment is done. There are tests scheduled after this period which will suggest her response to the treatment based on which the doctors will suggest the future course of action.
