Dear Supporters,

Thank you for the immense love and support you have shown towards this campaign.

As stated in our previous update, our third and final beneficiary is my grandfather, Shri Maheshwar Singh, who is a 1971 war veteran of the Indian army. We decided to help him financially as he left the army during a time when the pension was very less. Today, he is in a bad physical shape partly due to his old age and also because of financial issues. Thus, all the remaining funds (i.e, ₹2,09,796.51 and $4,944.87) are being withdrawn to Gaurav Singh's (grandson) account as Shri Maheshwar Singh is not in a position to handle all these due to his old age. All the funds withdrawn for him will be utilized towards his medical, housing and daily maintenance.

Thank you all again for the support. Finally our third beneficiary would be getting a solid financial help. All thanks to you donors for making this possible.

Dear Supporters,

Our third beneficiary is Havaldar Maheshwar Singh (Retd), a 1971 war veteran of the Indian army. Maheshwar Singh served 20 lancer unit (72 Armoured Regt) of the Indian army that took part in the 1971 war with Pakistan. Today this war veteran is in a bad physical shape partly due to his old age and also because of financial issues. The reason we are doing this crowdfunding is to help this retired soldier, to support him with financial aid for his day to day medical needs as he cannot walk due to old age and second to help him service his dilapidated house. He left the army during a time when the pension was very less and that’s why we have decided to help him.

Dear Supporters,

Thank you all for your generous support.

As you all know Naik Bhagwan Singh met with an accident on 09 Nov 2018, which left him in almost a vegetative state. He is currently getting treated at Command Hospital, Bangalore. He is paraplegic below neck and requires continuous help even to carry out basic personal chores.

We have received a confirmation from the Special Forces Unit of The Army that Naik Bhagwan Singh served in the unit and was injured in 2018.

It is true that despite various relief measures under taken by the organizations for physical casualties, the financial assistance is less compared to the battle casualties. Often these individuals  and their families suffer deprivation in various walks of life due to inadequate funds. Currently, we are transferring around Rs.5,00,000 to his account and the same will be utilized for expenses related to the treatment, education of his son, and immediate family needs.

Donors will continue to receive regular updates on the campaign. Thank you for the support once again.
