Dear All,

It is to inform you that due to post surgery complication's Ajit has been shifted from Santosh Physiotherapy Center to Utkal Hospital,Bhubaneswar on 03.09.20.The test report and admission details attached herewith for your kind information.

We required funds to take care of his hospital bills and we transferred Rs. 40,000 to the bank account of Mr. Shantwanu Kumar Panigrahi who is the brother in law of Mr. Ajit Dash. The funds will be used to take care of the expenses incurred through the course of his treatment.
