As we all come together, once again to get through the second wave of covid, our team has decided to work with partners and onground volunteers to support with relief as needed. We will be finalizing the areas of support with a partner organization. Currently, increasing the goal amount to ensure that this fundraiser isn't stopped.

Thank you all for all that you do. Without you and the Milaap platform, we don't know how we would have done anything we could do last year. Please continue to support and share the campaign.

Dear Donors,

You have been with us throughout our whole journey and we cannot thank you enough.

As we continue to develop on our ideas to move from relief to rehabilitation, we are keen to share that in addition to the relief we have been able to provide to thousands of people, your support has helped us help 10+ women actively over a period of months with mental health counseling, legal support, and medical requirements. These women are/have been victims of domestic abuse and through the counseling, we could provide are now looking to make decisions that improve their lives.

It's easier said than done though and hence we are committed to helping them in any way possible. The current withdrawal is a small amount to support a woman and her family gets through the winters while they work as vegetable and fruit sellers.

This update has two agendas. One, to give you a sense of where we are at with our work today, and second, to ask you for your continued support. NOT necessarily MONETARY support, but support us with your network to help us find employment for the women we work with (Trust us, TOGETHER, we can create an impact that brings tears to eyes & a big smile to lips. We have been there with you xD). You can also help us in multiple other ways! 

We hope that what started out as a wonderful campaign on MILAAP can continue to become something bigger for a better and more fair world.

With almost 70%+ raised for out first distribution in Bihar (Madhepura district), we are going ahead with first 75 families and hence withdrawing rs. 75,000 directly in the vendor's account (Future trading managed by Shambhu Nath Singh- 9835623690).

Your generosity has enabled us to impact thousands, and we thank you for it. The impact created has been created by YOU and us together. We want to be as transparent with our efforts as much as we can. We want to assure you that 100% of what you donate goes directly to communities (except the payment gateway charges which you must yourself be aware of). Our team of young changemakers are volunteering their time and efforts as you are donating your hard earned money. If and when we do need your help us continue our work with our volunteers as well as our community, we will ask you and you will know that is what you are donating for.

As a youth led organisation, we strive to create a space that makes it easy for young people across the country to come up and create an impact and for donors like you to support us without worrying about where is your money going.
