We are planning to organise our next distribution program(Phase-4) in the middle of August 2020.
We have left a balance of approximately 40000₹ to conduct the phase 4 distribution in August.

Apart from the 62 families, connected to BIET , more 5 members, those who are in distress (referred by our team members), are offered with the same items, that we distributed in our phase-3 (on 29th May 2020).

Total expenditure of phase 3 is ₹44500

We are very thankful to everyone who support our campaign either through their  contribution or through sharing  the campaign to others and by any other means.

Today, on 29th of May,2020 a total number of 62 different needy families those who are directly or indirectly attached to BIET, have recieved ration, groceries, eggs and Vegetables in our 3rd phase of distribution program.

The distribution started at 11 a.m. near the BIET staff canteen and ended at 1:30 p.m. Total expenditure ₹41,270

I am very pleased to have the dynamic and hardworking members in the organising committee:
Mr. Chiranjib Roy, Mr. Pradip Mondal, Md. Hussain, Mr. Bimal Mondal, Mr. Rahul Singha, Quazi Sarwar Alam and Mr. Samar Roy.

We are looking forward to arrange such distribution in the upcoming months also, based on the recieved funds.

Getting the report of the severity of financial crisis of several families of BIET, we are compelled to change our 3rd phase of distribution of ration and other items a little bit earlier, on 29th May 2020.
This time, 65 members are enlisted amongwhich 60 families till responded to take ration kits. Each member will get a pack of following items:
1. Rice: 3 Kg
2. Pulse(Daal): 1 Kg
3. Edible Oil(Mustard oil): 1 lit(bottle)
4. Salt: 500g
5. Turmeric powder: 200g
6. Muri: 1 Kg
7. Flattened Rice: 500g
8. Molasses: 250g
9. Biscuit: 1 packet
10. Egg: 1 dozen
11. Soyabean: 500g
12. Potatoes: 5Kg
13. Onions: 1 Kg
Each pack costs approximately ₹660
Total budget: ₹41000
