Day four of the Project:

Today we distributed food packages to 400 daily wagers in following areas Hotel Maurya, Gandhi maidan, Patna Junction. Raja pul. Boring road. Bailey road.

Today we distributed 200 food packages among beggars and daily wage workers stuck in Patna due to the lockdown. The areas we covered were Patna Railway Station and Mithapur Bus Stand

But there are still many people who are in need of food and other necessary items in many areas around Patna. Seeing this we've increased our fund goal so that we can buy more food and other necessary items to serve those people.

Also during the distribution we followed necessary health safety procedures and after the distribution we sanitized all the people and vehicles involved in the distribution.

Circulation of puri-sabzi made us realize that we need to provide the people with non-perishable food items since delivery of a one-time lunch isn’t going to be helping them more than an afternoon. Also, sanitary products like soaps will be delivered as we saw the lack of hygiene in the places. Proposed package will consist of:

1. Sattu - 250g
2. Chura - ½ kg
3. Jaggery - 200g
4. Onions - 3-4 pieces
5. Antiseptic Soap - 2
6. Biscuits - 2 packets
7. Bread - 1 packet
