In this crisis, we come across many who are struggling – be it a painter, electrician, iron wala or flower seller. We may not be able to help all but can we those who are actively working for us every day?
Have you ever thought about this - what if they had not come to clear up the garbage?
We are looking to say Thank You this Tamizh New Year, April 14th, which means we need to get our goal by April 10th to ensure the monies reach them by 13th latest!
If you have given already, do think about giving some more - did it match your maid's - the one who keeps your home clean - monthly pay? If not, make it match! :) These guys clean our home (areas) all through the year!
If it does match, be their champion and make sure your friends and family contribute too!
We have received the bank account details for all the 1050 regular workers from the service provider. It is being verified by the individual ward volunteers. We are also looking at having our children recognise the efforts of the workers and asking them to make a Thank You card for each of the Annas & Akkas! :)
